The thantri has suggested remedial rituals, asking the members of the Palliyoda Seva Sangham, the temple advisory committee, devaswom assistant commissioner and devaswom administrative officer to present themselves before the deity and perform the ‘ennappanam’ ritual, a purification ceremony.
